Alaisa Johnson is our senior class president. Her positive do-good attitude has raised her to great heights. People have described her as a fun person to be around, which makes sense, concerning she’s our senior class president. Not only is her attitude an amazing part of her, but her determination has helped her attain her education and community goals.
Johnson has a plethora of achievements under her belt, including maintaining a position in 10 clubs while having two jobs.
“An accomplishment I’m proud of is being able to juggle two jobs while being in 10 clubs, also doing winterguard, and just having great time management.”Johnson said.
Alaisa has been accepted into six different colleges which shows her dedication and her strive to learn, and how in turn those passions have been shown to various colleges.
“I’ve gotten accepted into New York City, Charlotte, USC Greensboro, Wingate University, USC Pembroke, and East Carolina.”Johnson said.
High school can be hard and tiring, especially when someone has a goal of being a chemistry major with a minor in biology, like Johnson. Its important to have things that keep you going and motivated whether than be friends, family, teacher, or even just your own ambition.
“ My teachers have been my motivation, I’ve had some very, very good teachers. Also, I got paid for my grades, so I’m encouraged by the money.”Johnson said.
Johnson has, over time, acquired many achievements and our school is so appreciative to have such a dedicated and focused senior class president. Over time, Johnson has impacted the school and her peers in a very positive way, especially contributing with her many volunteer hours. She has inspired many students to stay dedicated and to achieve their goals, and we wish her a fun ride next year on whatever path she takes, as she leaves this chapter of high school behind and enters a new one.
