Colleen, a junior and first-year newspaper member, is involved in Technical Theater as well as Dance Company.
Jules Micchia
Jules, a junior, dedicates herself to Varsity Girl's Soccer, as well as DECA and Student Youth & Government Leadership
Rachel Lyon
As a senior this year, Rachel is a member of National Honor Society, Student Government Association, as well as Spanish Honor Society.
Austin Lee
Austin, serving his first year on the Forest Fire staff, participates in DECA, also known as Distributive Education Clubs of America.
Mayla Gilliam
New to Wake Forest High School and The Forest Fire, Mayla is a sophomore involved Cross Country.
Allyson Freeman
Allyson is serving her second year on the newspaper staff. Inside school, Allyson is a member of both the Math Honor Society and the Science Honor Society.
Allison Fellenstein
Allison, a senior, is a member of the Sports Medicine Team here at Wake Forest. Allison is also involved in girl's lacrosse and Environmental Science Club.
Nick Fekaris
Nick, a junior, is a member of both the Varsity Soccer Team and the Varsity Tennis team.
Connor Cochrane
Currently taking on his last year of high school, Connor is a member of the boy's Varsity Soccer Team here at Wake Forest.
Charlie Byrd
While serving his second year on the newspaper staff, Charlie is involved in boy's lacrosse.
Samantha Bennett
As a senior, Samantha is Wake Forest High School's No. 1 golf player for the girl's team. She is committed to play golf at Limestone College on a scholarship next year.
Jamie Calnan
Jamie is serving her 3rd year on the Forest Fire staff. She is currently serving as the News section editor and is a member of various clubs in school.
Madeline Murdock
Madeline is a senior and has served on the newspaper staff for three years. As well as being assistant online editor, she is a member of a nationally recognized dance company.
Lyric Gordon
Lyric is a senior and currently serving her third semester on the Newspaper staff. Outside of school, Lyric enjoys avidly taking pictures, singing, and playing the guitar.
Hunter Lucas
Hunter is a junior and the business manager for the Forest Fire. He has been a staff member for three semesters. Hunter is currently employed by Harris Teeter.
Grayson Parker
Grayson is a senior and has been on the newspaper staff for two semesters. He is the managing editor as well as being heavily involved in the student section.
